Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Pictures/Videos
- Photos/videos should be captured in favorable lighting conditions to prevent any visual discrepancies.
- All uploads must include complete imagery of the product without any areas being cropped.
- If the product displays any faults or defects, they should be clearly visible in both photos and videos.
Note: You must request a refund by submitting this form within 7 days from the item’s delivery date. After this period, we will be unable to process any refund requests.
